Cancellation

Reservations must be cancelled by 7pm the day prior to your reservation to receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled after 7pm the day prior to your reservation will not receive a refund.


Weather Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to to cancel rentals due to inclement weather, such as thunderstorms and strong winds, and will notify you as early as possible. You will have the option for a full refund or store credit to be used
towards your next booking. You will be notified by phone and email if your booking needs to be cancelled.

Common Questions
Do I need to be able to swim? 
Yes! All participants are required to have swimming ability for the safety of all students. Life Jackets are provided for all participants.  If you’re not a confident swimmer, you may choose to wear the Personal Flotation Device (PFD) throughout class.
