I founded 315 Yoga, LLC in June 2017. I received my 200 Hour certification through the Boston Yoga School at O Yoga in Syracuse, facilitated by Ame Wren and Tiffany Cagwin. I started practicing Yoga about 10 years ago as a way to complement my activities like, CrossFit, Strongman Contests, and Obstacle Course Races and a great way to incorporate active recovery and improve range of motion.
It wasn’t until I crossed paths with Sarah Kaczor Greco (E-RYT-500) did I develop an appreciation for the other aspects of Yoga and decided to deepen my practice by going through Teacher Training.
The classes I teach are geared towards beginners and Intermediate and allow for someone with no experience to practice alongside someone who may have been practicing for a few years.
I am currently teaching classes on Monday nights, Tuesday nights, and every third Thursday. I also make myself available to teach Yoga to businesses that want to bring a level of self care to their employees. As well as Private Group and Ono on One sessions.
